Membership Application...

 

We ask that you fill out a membership application so that we can verify
you are a graduate of an FBI Citizens' Academy.  This aspect of the membership process will be handled by the SF FBI.

The FBI SF Citizens' Academy Alumni Association accepts members who have graduated from any FBI Division Citizens' Academy class and who are now living in the SF Bay region.

We use Google Documents to process our on-line membership application. 
If your company or security system blocks Google Documents or if you cannot use the on-line form just send us an email.  Please include:
Name
 Citizens' Academy Class you attended
Email & Phone
Organization and Position
Address
Brief summary of your background and interests

DUES

The San Francisco FBI Citizens' Academy Alumni Association Board of Directors has set dues at $25 per year.  Payment is due annually and when your application is submitted.

You may pay your dues on-line using a credit card via the secure PayPal system. 
You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay using this system.
